Open Activity, then Searches, and choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Found nothing lists the searches that found no article, the most searched first. Each one is a question your help center does not answer yet: write the article, or add the reader's words to an existing article's Tags.
- Top searches lists what readers look for most, with how many results they found.
The dashboard names the searches that found nothing this week.
Only the words are kept, for 90 days: never who searched or from where.
